Return Policy

At Gulabi Jaipur, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your maternity wear purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery of your order. Please note that in the event of a return, the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once the return process is completed and the item is received back at our warehouse, the applicable shipping fees will be deducted from your total refund amount before the final credit is processed.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The item must be in original condition without stains, perfume, or damage

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Exchange Policy for Size/Fit Issues
Products facing size or fit issues are eligible for exchange only. Returns and refunds are not applicable in such cases. Customers may request an exchange for a different size or another product of equal value.

⚠️ Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during sale or discount offers (unless damaged)

  • Customized or altered products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your Order ID

  3. Mention the reason for return

  4. Attach product images (if damaged or defective)

Our team will respond within 24–48 working hours with further instructions.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer / UPI.

  • 6. Exchange Policy

    • Exchange is allowed for size issues only (subject to availability).

    • Exchange request must also be raised within 7 days.

    • If the desired size is unavailable, refund will be processed.

    7. Damaged or Wrong Product

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

    • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

    • Share clear images (mandatory) and unboxing video (if possible)

    We will arrange replacement at no additional cost.
